1. Agreement
By using Ambit Budget Pro ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. The Free tier can be used without purchase. Paid tiers require a one-time purchase through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. This is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to the tier you selected. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
You receive lifetime access to the version you purchase, including bug fixes and minor improvements. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
3. Pricing Tiers
Ambit Budget Pro is available in the following tiers:

The Free tier requires no purchase and no license key. Paid tiers are one-time purchases with lifetime access.
4. Your Data and Backups
All financial data you enter into the Software is stored locally on your device using your browser's storage. We do not have access to, collect, or store your financial information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the app's built-in export feature. We are not liable for data loss resulting from clearing browser data, device failure, or any other cause. We strongly recommend regular backups.
5. Not Financial Advice
Ambit Budget Pro is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not a financial advisor, investment platform, or accounting service. The Software helps you organize and visualize your financial information, but:
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- Calculations, forecasts, and projections are estimates based on the data you enter
- You should not make financial decisions based solely on the Software's output
- For professional financial guidance, consult a qualified financial advisor
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, contact us at support@ambitbudget.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
7. License Activation
The Software requires a one-time internet connection to activate your license key. After activation, the Software works entirely offline. Your license key may be activated on up to 3 devices. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, you can deactivate it from the current device first.
8. Intellectual Property
The Software, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Kifolloy AIR, LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself. All trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the correctness of any calculations or projections.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kifolloy AIR, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses based on the Software's calculations or projections
- Data loss due to browser storage clearing, device failure, or other causes
- Business interruption or lost profits
- Any decisions made based on information displayed by the Software
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will not make changes that retroactively reduce the rights you received with your purchase.
